Subluxation is a misaligned spinal bone (vertebrae) which causes compression, tension, irritation and damage to the Central Nervous System. The Central Nervous System, which is made up of the Brain, Spinal Cord and Spinal Nerves, totally controls all functions and healing in the human body. As the central generator of all life, it needs maximum protection. For that reason, the Central Nervous System is located inside the armor-like bones of the spinal column and skull.

Many people equate eating sugar with the development of type 2 diabetes, and in an attempt to be healthier choose sugar substitutes for their diets instead. What may people don’t realize is that those diet products actually contain substances that cause an increase in fasting blood glucose levels and contribute to the onset of diabetes. Aspartame and monosodium glutamate (MSG) are two additives which are often put in everyday foods to enhance flavor and reduce calories and the evidence is stacked against them both.

Let’s examine why a spur develops.  Whenever there is an area that is unstable and therefore cannot ADAPT to the demands placed upon it, the INNATE INTELLIGENCE of the body will do whatever is necessary to STABILIZE THE AREA.  This includes laying down calcium deposits to strengthen the area.  (i.e., “spurs”)
